This 750-acre property, once home to an iconic resort famously visited by Princess Diana, is now undergoing a remarkable revival. Despite being devastated by a hurricane, the new owners are dedicated to transforming it into an exquisite beach community.

Already renowned as a must-visit destination in the Caribbean, the beachside Nobu Restaurant has been enchanting visitors with its culinary delights. That’s not all! We’re currently in the process of developing one of the few ‘Nobu Hotel Resorts’ right at the heart of this property. It will be absolutely breathtaking!

As lead designer and master planner, we have been entrusted with overseeing and coordinating various design consultants involved in this project. Our responsibility extends beyond master planning; we also have the privilege of crafting detailed landscape designs for luxurious guest houses, private residences, and of course, our magnificent hotel itself. The work continues as we embark on creating schematic designs for exclusive home sites within this extraordinary development.
